A Lot of Luxe
He lives
amid a lot
of
luxe,
devoted
to what
lasts:
illusions
of
eternity:
gilded
bits
of Past.

Anguish
Residing
in poverty,
anguish
is lack:
retracting,
subtracting:
exacting this
punishment:
love
doesn’t
want you
back.

Not All Naked Angels
Not all naked angels dart & flit.
Flight can make their calves
& thighs grow to prodigious size.
Some have to sit.
.
It's Often the Blue One You Notice
It’s often the blue one
you notice –
emerging like some
strange new lotus –
which blooms all alone
in the pond – resumes
the great journey
the rest of us
had to forsake
to the random Beyond.
