Act Three - Guy Kettelhack - Poetry & Ephemera

At The Winter Solstice
Sleety grey sky cleans its mess –
sun emerges – strange light –
late December glare: brightness
as a species of deep night:
as if once more to make one
recollect the sun’s a star.
Everything is done
and nothing’s far.
