the energy that funds, and funnels into,
holding back –
contracting and sustaining
strain as if it were the only
way to feed the brain.
Resistance is existence –
the persistence of which
soon becomes
the only conscionable
heroism. Terrorism:
aimed at the contrivance
of a certainty
that cramming yourself
into stasis will
distract you from
insuperable lack.
