The Ghost of Otherwise

Sometimes when you look toward the skies

the Ghost of Otherwise arises

and looks back at you, bewildered you would

think that Up was better to beseech than Down.

But what is Up and what is Down?

All you know is, you are looking Out.

But then that breeds a doubt which

gets you in a spin. What is Out and what is In?
