Like Freud, we’re
less
than
overjoyed
that no one
knows
what’s going
on.
And yet when
you and I
went nose to
nose
the other
day,
something
arose.
Caught us
by surprise.
It may not
have been
wise or pure.
But oh! –
it wasn’t
nothing,
that’s for sure..
